누구나 야간 경관이 아름다운 야경이라고 말할 것이다.
낮에 보는 관광지와 밤에 보는 관광지는
그야말로 하늘과 땅 차이라 할 수 있다.
여러분들도 살아오면서 수많은 관광을 하면서

야간 관광 명소로 도약을 꿈꾸며
장생포 고래문화특구도 도전장을 내밀었다.
5월부터 10월까지 매주 토요일과 일요일
고래문화특구 주요 시설 5개소
(고래박물관, 생태체험관, 고래문화마을, 고래바다여행선, 모노레일)가
18시부터 20시까지 2시간 연장 운영하고,
누구나 무료로 이용할 수 있다.

장생포 고래문화특구에는 밤이 아름다운 명소가 많다.
6월이면 조명아래 아름다운 자태를 뽐내는 수국을 배경삼아
사진 한 장으로 추억을 남길 수 있다.

그리고 장생포에서 바라본 석유화학공단은 마치
크리스마스트리를 장식한 듯한 화려한 불빛의 야경으로
감탄사가 절로 나오게 한다.

그리고, 시기별‧시설별로 다양한 야간관광 활성화 콘텐츠가 추진된다.
5월에는 장생포옛마을 버블존을 운영하고,
장생포옛마을 트릭샷 챌린지 등이 열린다.
6월에는 장생포 야간 사진 콘테스트,
7월에는 고래바다여행선 선상 EDM파티 등이 펼쳐진다.
야간 경관을 감상하며,
다양한 체험형‧참여형 이벤트에도 참여해
장생포에서 잊지 못할 추억을 만들어 갈 수 있다.

특히, 6월 장생포 수국축제와 8월 장생포 호러페스티벌,
9월 울산고래축제 기간에는 운영 시간을 확대해
장생포의 아름다움을 늦은 시간까지 감상할 수 있다.
장생포고래문화특구 시설의 시간 연장 운영은
장생포를 찾는 관광객들에게
아름다운 밤을 감상할 수 있는 여유와 함께
즐거운 추억을 선사하기에 충분할 것이다.
